When we started with Philanthropitch we had 0 participants and activities. We have now run programming for a full year and have a network of over 400 participants and their families who have been able to get access to high quality sport-based youth development programs at no cost throughout the pandemic.
[With the funds we were awarded,] we were able to hire a 2nd staff member for the program we were pitching, which has helped us elevate that program and bring in more revenue.

Since participating in Philanthropitch, we grew rapidly to $1M+ in annual revenue in Austin and then in 2020 launched a second chapter in Seattle. We are now in the process of launching two more chapters as we look to scale our organization nationally. More than 300 bands comprised of over 1,000 musicians have benefited from our programs.

We were able to develop a strong business model for launching virtual therapy, which directly impacted our ability to fundraise. Because of the work we put in through Philanthropitch, we were successful in securing a $100,000 grant from the Episcopal Health Foundation to launch the project.
